Character shoes are designed to give feet proper support while the neutral colors are meant to be worn with any costume. This pair, like many other designed for women, have a slight heel. The interior is heavily padded to keep the foot from slipping from the shoes during intense dance performance. The exterior is leather and ornate, which is an unorthodox make. These shoes were used for at least three different productions.
